This the side-A epoxy component and requires equal amounts of side-B catalyst component. It can be used with either Gloss Catalyst #405 or Satin Catalyst #463.
This color is 04 – Yellow. It is shown in the M&M Models Military Aircraft Color Guide – German Luftwaffe page.
It’s main application is markings. The closest is FS #33538 and RAL number is 1004 (Golden Yellow).
